The CORD Project Request for Support form is for CORD Members, Committee Members, or other organizations to submit requests, projects, and materials for the CORD Board to Review. If you would like the CORD Board to review your project for approval or submit please complete the form linked below.
The CORD Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of every month. Requests must be submitted two weeks before the Board meeting to make the agenda. Requests submitted after this deadline will appear on the agenda of the next Board meeting. All agenda items are subject to space and time availability.
