Early Bird registration is available through March 19, 2021. On March 20, 2021, all registration rates will increase in all categories to the regular registration rate. Due to this being a Virtual Conference, online registration will not close, however, pricing for same-day registration will increase in all categories beginning April 11, 2021 to the onsite rate.
Cancellations submitted in writing and received in the CORD office on or before Friday, March 19, 2021, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after March 20, 2021, will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests after April 10, 2021. To cancel, write to CORD, 4950 W. Royal Lane, Irving, TX 75063 or fax to 972-692-5347 or email to cord@cordem.org. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only will be accepted for online registration payment. To pay by check, you will complete the online registration and select payment by check, you will be able to print and submit your request to accounting or mail in a personal check. Your registration will remain as "pending" until payment is received. Send appropriate fees to the CORD office at the address listed below:
