Would you like to be a part of our Council of Residency Directors in Emergency Medicine leadership team? CORD members with a strong interest in leading our organization and developing the next generation of emergency medicine educators are encouraged to submit their names for Board Slate consideration by the Nominating Committee. Be sure to review the prerequisites to join the CORD Board, and you may discover that it's the perfect fit!

The deadline for nomination submissions is December 15, 2024, at 5:00 PM EST. Late submissions cannot be moved forward.

Current openings:

• President-Elect - Three-year commitment with one position open

• Secretary/Treasurer - One-year commitment with one position open

• Member-at-Large - Two-year commitment with three positions open

• Resident Member-at-Large - One-year commitment with one position open. Must be a current PGY2, or above, resident at the time of the election.

If elected to the Board, all Board members are expected to be in Seattle, WA in advance of the 2025 Academic Assembly to attend CORD Board Meeting scheduled for the full day on Saturday March 1, 2025.
