The EMARC Mentor Program is a way to pair new and seasoned EM coordinators in a similar-sized program and/or in the same region. This is a wonderful opportunity for new coordinators to have a dedicated person to contact with questions. Why recreate the wheel and struggle when we are all doing the same job? This pairing also means you won’t be alone at our annual conference! You and your mentor can make plans to get coffee, have a snack, or enjoy lunch together.
