1.       Academy Member: hold active CORD membership and have a strong desire to participate in the Academy. Must be actively involved in medical education and scholarship for at least 1 year.  Evidence of quality, quantity, and breadth of educational contributions should be demonstrated in at least one of the four Academy Divisions of Scholarship.

 2.       Academy Scholar: hold active CORD membership and have a strong desire to participate in the Academy. Suggested time frame of at least 4 years of active involvement in medical education and scholarship. Evidence of quality, quantity, and breadth of educational contributions should be demonstrated in at least one of the four Academy Divisions of Scholarship.

 3.       Distinguished educator: hold active CORD membership and have a strong desire to participate in the Academy. Suggested time frame of at least 7 years of active involvement in medical education and scholarship. Evidence of quality, quantity, and breadth of educational contributions should be demonstrated in at least one of the four Academy Divisions of Scholarship.

 4.       Legacy Mentor: hold active CORD membership and have at least 15 years of active involvement in medical education and scholarship. Evidence of quality, quantity, and breadth of educational contributions should be demonstrated in at least one of the four Academy Divisions of Scholarship.
